Cutting Services
Flame

Flame cutting is best suited to large and thick steel components that will be used in a welded assembly. Typically flame cut parts will have little to no taper but a lower tolerance than other cutting technologies. Flame cutting is the cheapest option for simple shapes.
Plasma

Plasma cutting is fast and is widely used in fabrication facilities. It can cut up to 1.25" thick in a variety of materials including aluminum. The cut finish can vary from smooth to very rough with taper depending on the thickness of the cut and material being used.
Laser

Laser cutting is the fastest cutting technology available especially when dealing with thinner sheet metal gauges. High volume parts will use laser cutting in materials like stainless steel or aluminum. Laser cutting can comfortably cut up to 1" thick steel.
